Relaxing Family Beach Retreat!

Not worth the money. Positive: The pool area is very nice Negative: I understood there to be more beds than was actually there. The staff was also rude at times. beware to not bring more than two cars because they can’t park there. The whole place was confusing and hard to navigate.

Great location Positive: We love the location of the property Negative: The villa was outdated and needed improvements The kitchen needs major upgrades from the stove and no roof vent for cooking in addition the pots and pans were nasty and old so they couldn’t be used to cook any meals. Would not recommend Positive: I was there with my friends. Negative: Our stay was unfortunately disappointing for several reasons, and I hope this review helps future guests know what to expect. The biggest issue began before we even arrived. We were specifically told that motorcycles were not allowed on the property, which caused several members of our group to shorten their vacation, make alternate transportation arrangements, and lose money. However, when we arrived, there were motorcycles throughout the property, including designated “MC” motorcycle parking spaces directly below our balcony. We were then told that motorcycles were allowed for residents but not guests. This policy was never clearly explained beforehand and created unnecessary expense and inconvenience for our group. Another major inconvenience was the parking policy. Guests are only allowed two parking passes per reservation, regardless of the size of the party. Since our friends were traveling separately from different areas of the East Coast, several vehicles could not be parked on-site. We were forced to pay for expensive “secure” airport parking, which turned out to be nothing more than an unmanned, non-gated parking lot that was open to the public. This was both costly and disappointing. During our stay, the Orkin pest control company arrived and sprayed inside the unit while we and all of our belongings were still in the condo. We were not given advance notice, and it made for a very unpleasant experience. The listing was also misleading. The photos give the impression that the condo has three bedrooms, when it actually has two bedrooms and an old, uncomfortable pull-out sofa that serves as the third sleeping space. The description should be much clearer about this. Additionally, the beds themselves were extremely stiff and uncomfortable. I do want to recognize the assistant property manager, who was very accommodating and brought us an inflatable mattress after we expressed our concerns. There were also several maintenance issues during our stay.
